Overnight Bridge Closures – 3 WEEK LOOK AHEAD – March 10, 2023
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that overnight road closures of Route 82 over the Connecticut River (East Haddam Swing Bridge) WILL NOT occur from March 10, 2023, through March 19, 2023.
Monday through Friday overnight bridge closures will resume on March 20, 2023, and continue until March 31, 2023. The road closures will begin at 7:00pm and end no later than 6:00am the following morning. (Be advised that Saturday and Sunday night closures may also occur if weeknights are lost)
Any changes to this schedule will be communicated in a timely manner.
